ABOUT US
Our name, SMOKE. Woodfire Grill, signifies the unique dining experience we offer our guests here in Oklahoma.
Each of the proteins we use in our dishes have either been prepared over the open flame of our woodfire grill or slow smoked. Our cuisine is described as Inspired American, Wood Fired Cuisine in genre and seasonal in philosophy and ingredients. We believe that changing the dishes on our menu seasonally not only allows us to continue to use only the freshest ingredients but also gives our creative culinary team the opportunity to continually “wow” our regular guests. Each dish is a unique creation and is designed to delight the senses in sight, texture, temperature, and taste.
We work each day to source the highest quality of ingredients including sustainably raised beef, pork, lamb, fish, and poultry that is hormone and antibiotic free, all hand-cut in house every day. Still, SMOKE’s seasonal ethos does not stop with the food we serve. It extends to the deep list of Oklahoma beers we serve, our careful efforts to make certain wines that carry ties to Oklahoma are on our wine list, and even to the local art that decorates our walls.
