Inspired American means unique dishes from a scratch kitchen. Our cuisine is modern interpretations of familiar and maybe not so familiar dishes. Great ingredients, simply prepared with respectful technique and consistency. 

Locally Sourced means bringing you the highest quality ingredients that our chefs can source from the Oklahoma market, while supporting local Tulsa businesses as much as possible. SMOKE. is proud to serve sustainably raised Beef, Pork, Lamb, Fish and Poultry that is hormone and antibiotic free, all hand cut in house every day. 

The paintings and photography on our walls are the Tulsa-inspired works of local artists. (The works are for sale with 100% of the proceeds going to the artists.) We are proud to offer only Oklahoma craft beers on tap from Marshall, COOP, Rough Tail, Dead Armadillo and Prairie Ales, and several selections from our wine list are either crafted and bottled here in Tulsa or have Tulsa / Oklahoma ownership (Tulsa Deco, Calistoga, Nickel & Nickel, Far Niente, Honig and the Vineyard House).
